Fractional CMO
About half a day a week, plus a couple of calls. I own the plan, the channel mix, the budget, and the team. Pricing on request.
Book a callWhat I own
I make the big calls with you, like what we spend, what we cut, which channels earn their budget, and whether the ads are building a brand.
I've sat in it full time. Groove Life went from $3M to $50M+ across the years I was consultant and then CMO. Fractional means you get that same work for part of the week, without paying for a full-time CMO.
We usually do a Year in Review first, so the first week already has a plan. If your team can run it, look at Weekly advisor. If you want me doing the work in the ad accounts, look at Hands-on work.
I judge the work by what the brand drives
Net profit comes first. After that, I look at everything the brand drives, like brand search, direct traffic, organic search and blended MER, not just platform ROAS. I call that performance branding.
The brands I do my best work with are DTC, roughly $10M to $100M. If you're earlier than that, a free intro call will tell us both pretty fast.
